Cherokee Lake
Cherokee Lake , also a TVA reservoir, is just east of Knoxville near Jefferson
City and Morristown , and is a short drive north of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With 30,300 surface acres of water and
463 miles of shoreline, Cherokee also provides super fishing opportunities. Great catches of Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass are plentiful from
October through February, as well as through the months of March, April and May. Widely recognized as an excellent Striper fishery
capable of producing large Stripers and Hybrids, Cherokee can produce especially exceptional catches of both during the months of October
through February. For a real thrill, we specialize in the use of light tackle to make landing your trophy Striper that much more exhilarating.
If having your line stretched by large, hard-fighting Stripers in beautiful East Tennessee is the kind of fishing excitement you’re
looking for, then Cherokee Lake is the trip for you.
